Prices and currency
All prices on Aa Strand Camping's website and booking system are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT and all taxes.
Cancellation Policy
- Camping
- If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be refunded, however, DKK 100 will be deducted. 350.00 in cancellation fee.
- If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded, however not the cancellation fee of DKK 350.00.
- If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
- Cabins and rooms
- If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be refunded, however, DKK will be deducted. 700.00 in cancellation fee.
- If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded, however not the cancellation fee of DKK 700.00.
- If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
Right of complaint
If there are errors or defects in the ordered product, you must file a complaint within a reasonable time after you discover the error. Aa Strand Camping will then assess whether the error can be corrected, whether the product should be replaced, or whether a price reduction should be granted.
Personal information
Aa Strand Camping collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable legislation. The information will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Limitation of Liability
Aa Strand Camping is not liable for direct or indirect losses that may arise as a result of delays, force majeure, strikes, product defects or failure to fulfill the agreement in general, unless it can be proven that Aa Strand Camping has acted intentionally or with gross negligence. .
Right of withdrawal
Aa Strand Camping does not offer a general right of cancellation for booked stays, other than the cancellation terms stated in clause 1. 5.

We take necessary measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely to the payment provider.
