The rented property may not be occupied by more people than the number stated in the description without special permission. When entering into the rental agreement, the tenant declares to be 18 years of age and to be of legal age.
Prices and currency
All prices on Aa Strand Camping's website and booking system are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT and all taxes.
Cancellation policy
- Camping
- If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be refunded, but a cancellation fee of DKK 350.00 will be deducted.
- If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded, but not the cancellation fee of DKK 350.00.
- If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
- Cabins and rooms
- If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be refunded, however, a cancellation fee of DKK 700.00 will be deducted.
- If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded, however, the cancellation fee of DKK 700.00 will not be deducted.
- If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made. compensation.
Cleaning and damage
- The tenant is contractually obliged to leave the property in a tidy and proper condition at the end of the lease. Any necessary cleaning may be carried out at the tenant's expense.
- The tenant is responsible for everything that belongs to the rented property, and is also obliged to compensate for any damage that may occur to the holiday home and furnishings during the stay. Should any damage occur to the holiday home or furnishings during the stay, the tenant is obliged to immediately notify Aa Strand Camping of this.
Right of complaint
If there are errors or deficiencies in the ordered product, you must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you discover the error. Aa Strand Camping will then assess whether the error can be corrected, whether the product should be replaced, or whether a price reduction should be granted.
Personal information
Aa Strand Camping collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable legislation. The information will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Limitation of liability
Aa Strand Camping is not liable for direct or indirect losses that may arise as a result of delays, force majeure, strikes, product defects or failure to fulfill the agreement in general, unless it can be proven that Aa Strand Camping has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Right of withdrawal
Aa Strand Camping does not offer a general right of withdrawal for booked stays, in addition to the cancellation terms stated in clause. 4.

We take necessary measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely to the payment provider.
